Who doesn’t love a little fruit, flirt, and fine Black men? Thanks to Usher’s iconic tour, we got all three in one viral moment.
Here’s what happened.
Usher Spots Idris Elba At His Recent ‘Past Present Future’ Tour Stop
Usher’s global Past Present Future tour is still going strong. Yes, the tour that had Keke Palmer twirling, Issa Rae cheesing, and cherry purchases soaring. And one of its recent stops shows why fans are still eating this tour up. Literally.
Legendary actor and forever Black heartthrob Idris Elba attended Usher’s most recent performance at London’s O2 Arena. He popped up in the audience, looking as fine as ever, with his beautiful wife, Sabrina Elba. The couple was dressed to the nines, and even Usher couldn’t keep his cool.
Mid-performance, Usher spots Idris in the crowd and does what any of us would do—he says “Idris?!” Social media can’t get enough of Usher’s honest reaction—and we don’t blame him.
But it’s what happened next that made this a certified culture moment.
In true lover boy fashion, Usher—who usually feeds cherries to women in the crowd as part of his sexy serenade—flipped the script. Instead of feeding Sabrina, he handed the fruit to Idris and asked him to feed it to his wife.
Idris smiled and obliged as fans watched. Sabrina did what she needed to do—and the whole scene was Black love, Black excellence, and Black culture at its finest.
Sabrina was glowing, Idris looked like the smooth gentleman he’s always been, and Usher kept the moment playful and respectful. The crowd was lit, and so was the internet.

Who Would You Rather Have Feed You—Idris Or Usher?
The moment proved why Usher’s tour still has us counting our coins and planning group trips to Europe. Cherries even look better because of the Atlanta R&B superstar.
Speaking of cherries, the tour moment has also sparked questions among fans of both Idris and Usher. Seeing so much eye candy on stage has us wondering: If you had the chance, who would you rather have feed you cherries—Usher or Idris?
Watch the video below, as you make that decision.
