Skai Jackson is pregnant! The 22-year-old former Disney star shared the exciting news with PEOPLE in an exclusive interview on Nov. 12, expressing that she is “thrilled” to be expecting her first child.
“I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter in my life — embracing motherhood and diving into new acting projects. My heart is so full!” said Jackson, who took several fashionable photos sporting her cute baby bump for her exclusive.
In the photo series, the stylish mom-to-be strolled down the street in a lavender chiffon cropped top layered over a matching bralette. Her hair was sleek and straight, paired with black sunglasses and oversized jeans, while her baby bump stole the spotlight in the effortlessly cool shots.

According to PEOPLE, Jackson will be raising her upcoming bundle of joy on her own, though she’ll have the support of her mother, Kiya Cole, who also raised the actress as a single parent. Jackson says she’s fully prepared for the challenge, crediting her mom for instilling the confidence and strength to guide her through her motherhood journey.
“[My mom] always taught me to stand up for myself, stand up for what I believe in, and fight for what is right,” Jackson shared with the outlet in 2023. “I thank her for that because, without her, I probably wouldn’t have a lot of the confidence that I do now.”
Rumors of Skai Jackson’s pregnancy began swirling in August.
The identity of Skai Jackson’s baby’s father remains unclear, but rumors of her pregnancy began circulating back in August. At the time, she and her then-boyfriend made headlines following a reported argument at Universal CityWalk. TMZ revealed that security had witnessed Skai allegedly pushing her boyfriend several times, prompting a response from sheriff’s deputies. However, both Skai and her boyfriend later reassured officers that they were fine. The couple also revealed that they were engaged and expecting a child.
Most recently, Skai was spotted in photos obtained by The Shade Room wearing a pink bonnet, grey shorts, a white tee, and a flannel shirt draped over her belly while strolling through a parking lot and chatting on the phone. The star also rocked a pair of fuzzy slippers during her casual outing. Fans couldn’t help but notice what appeared to be a baby bump, with some photos even showing Skai resting a hand on her stomach.
“She pregnant?“ one user wrote in the post’s comments section, which was shared on Oct. 28. Another netizen penned, “She’s gonna be a baby mom,“ highlighting the star’s young age.
Fans believe her boyfriend’s name is Kelaia.
In April, social media sleuths began speculating about the identity of Skai Jackson’s boyfriend, with some identifying him as Kelaia, although it’s unclear if they are still together. The red-head stud goes by the handle @RichNViolent on Instagram. Details about him remain limited, but his bio suggests he is based in both Ohio and Kentucky.
