runDisney and Brooks have debuted their collaborative sneakers, starting with kicks draped in the aesthetics of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, of course.
For those who don’t know, runDisney offers up racing experiences (from 5K’s to marathons, and even yoga) in Disney theme parks. Your average race brings out a diverse range of people sharing the camaraderie of the run and good health. Now, imagine those good vibes exponentially raised with people dressed as your favorite Disney and Marvel characters, cheer sections, character experiences, cool merchandise and much more.
As for Brooks, the athletic apparel brand has been partnered with runDisney for the past couple of years, but this is their first formal collection of Disney-themed running shoes. Premiered during the kick-off of runDisney’s Springtime Surprise Weekend at Walt Disney World near Orlando, Fla., the collab features four distinct sneakers, first available at the race weekend’s Health & Fitness Expo at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

Mickey and Minnie get limited-edition versions of Brooks’ Ghost Max 2 model. Built for stability and support, it features lightweight cushioning and a rocker shape to help keep you moving. Minnie’s red and white version features details like her familiar red-and-white polka dots and Minnie Mouse bow on the heel. Mickey’s version features a bold black and white color blocking on the upper and a red mid-sole as well as details like his signature on the medial side of the shoe.

The other model in the collection is the limited-edition Adrenaline GTS 24 (which retails for $160). The shoe features a mesh upper for breathability, nitrogen-infused cushioning and the GuideRails support system to aid in reducing excessive motion. The runDisney version features the brand’s logo—Mickey Mouse getting his run on—on the heel. The fourth shoe is another Ghost Max 2 (which retails for $150), this time commemorating the 2025 runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend with a matching theme colorway, including four badges tied to the festivities.
The kicks were a hit at runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend with many participants immediately taking their sneakers right to feet to walk around the theme parks or to run the 5K on Friday morning (April 4). More collections are on the way and scheduled to release at runDisney’s events, starting with the Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend in early September.
