Kyla shut down the red carpet as an ambassador for this year’s 33rd Pan African Film and Arts Festival on Feb. 4. Her natural cheekbones and glowing smile were on full display as she posed effortlessly. She kept her glam clean yet radiant, pairing it with a sleek ponytail and baby hairs swooped to the gods.

For her ensemble, Kyla rocked a look that celebrated the strength, power, and beauty of the African diaspora. She styled a classic black turtleneck with a vibrant African and animal print skirt in shades of blue, brown, black, and white. Black patent leather pumps and gold hoop earrings tied everything together perfectly.

The Pan African Festival kicks off in Los Angeles with a star-studded opening night

The look was fitting for the festival’s opening night, which featured Magazine Dreams, starring Jonathan Majors. Meagan Good, who hosted the event, wore a slinky black and red gown. She looked absolutely stunning while supporting her fiancé.
