Zero Day is a limited series starring Robert De Niro (The Godfather Part II, Heat, The Irishman) as respected former U.S. President George Mullen, who, as head of the Zero Day Commission, is charged with finding the perpetrators of a devastating cyber attack that has caused chaos around the country and thousands of fatalities. As disinformation runs rampant and the personal ambition of power brokers in technology, Wall Street, and government collide, Mullen’s unwavering search for the truth forces him to confront his own dark secrets while risking all he holds dear.

In addition to De Niro, the series stars Angela Bassett (What’s Love Got to Do with It, How Stella Got Her Groove Back, Black Panther, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever), Lizzy Caplan (Mean Girls, Masters of Sex, Now You See Me 2), Jesse Plemons (Game Night, The Irishman, Judas and the Black Messiah), Joan Allen (Nixon, The Crucible, The Contender), Connie Britton (Friday Night Lights, Nashville, The White Lotus), Matthew Modine (The Dark Knight Rises, Stranger Things, Oppenheimer), Dan Stevens (Night at the Museum, Godzilla x King Kong: The New Empire), Bill Camp (The Night Of, Joker), Gaby Hoffmann (Girls, Transparent), McKinley Belcher III (Ozark) and Clark Gregg (The Avengers, Captain Marvel).

Zero Day is written and executive produced by Eric Newman (Griselda) and Noah Oppenheim (NBC News), with Lesli Linka Glatter as executive producer and director of all six episodes. Michael S. Schmidt also serves as writer and executive producer, with Robert De Niro and Jonathan Glickman as executive producers.
