2 cups of frozen mixed berries

2 cups milk of choice

2 servings of protein powder

2 tablespoons of cacao powder

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas

1 cup of pumpkin puree

2 tablespoons of almond butter

2 serving of vanilla protein powder

½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

½ teaspoon of cinnamon

1 cup of almond milk

Directions: You don’t have to wait for the fall to enjoy pumpkin spice. A taste of the best season of the year is here with this pumpkin pie smoothie. The bananas help create a sweet, creamy base that pairs well with the other ingredients. The pumpkin puree is rich in vitamin A, C, E and is also a great source of beta carotene which helps promote eye health. With 26 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber dessert for breakfast never sounded so good.

Hemp Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups of frozen mixed berries

¼ cup of hemp seeds

1 serving of vanilla protein powder

2 cups of milk of choice

The hemp seeds in this smoothie provide ample protein, so you’ll only need half the amount of protein powder than used in the other smoothie recipes. They also provide essential fatty acids.
