Dsquared2 transformed its Milan Fashion Week show into the backdrop of a New York City nightclub to celebrate its 30th anniversary. Blending culture, rap artistry, and unapologetic streetwear fashion, the event was everything and more.
We’re talking Doechii, NLE Choppa, JT, Tyson Beckford, and Naomi Campbell surrounded by smoke, grey stages, and fabulous fashion. The runway became a dynamic stage where fashion and music converged.
Let’s get into the show’s details – because everyone, everything, and every style looked so good.
Dsquared2: Doechii kicks off the 30th-anniversary show with an epic high heel sprint
The show started with a high-energy performance by Grammy-winning rapper Doechii, marking her Milan Fashion Week debut. Running out of an armored vehicle in heels, Doechii showed the global stage why she is that girl.
The breakout star commanded the runway to the beats of her track “Nissan Altima.” Her ensemble exuded Y2K flair, combining a backpack-corset with paracord laces, fur trim, a high-low graphic top, and belted denim microshorts.
At the runway’s end, she playfully pulled out a cigarette, adding a rebellious touch to her performance. Yes, Sis! See video of her triumphant entrance below.
The runway continued to sizzle with appearances and model walks by rapper NLE Choppa and iconic male supermodel Tyson Beckford, each bringing their unique charisma to the event. The collection showcased Dsquared2’s signature boldness, featuring daring designs like outfits entirely constructed from belts. The collection was bold, badass, and trendy.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell closed the show with unparalleled grace, donning a striking leather biker bodysuit that encapsulated the collection’s fusion of street style and high fashion. Her bold walk and even bolder hair was everything the over-the-top event needed.
The runway atmosphere was electric – much like the nostalgic Big Apple venues it looked to emulate – and topped off with legendary cars such as a McLaren, Porsche, and a police car.
The grand finale saw Doechii joined by JT for a dynamic performance of the “Alter Ego” remix. Two rap baddies on a fashion runway together? More of this, please!
JT is a well-known fan of the brand. She’s been spotted on the label’s front row for previous shows looking fabulous, making the performance an epicly stylish full-circle moment.
